We are proud to have launched a strategic partnership with Villaggio del Ragazzo and the Academy of Tourism (Accademia del Turismo), united by the goal of meeting the growing demand for skilled professionals in the yachting sector.
As noted by our President, Giovanni Costaguta, alongside Training Representative Attilio Bruno, this agreement holds significant weight: Genova for Yachting represents a network of 60 entities covering the entire professional yachting supply chain—including refit shipyards, marinas, service companies, and specialist professionals.
Thanks to this breadth and variety, the collaboration signed at the Orientamenti career fair allows us to develop innovative, hands-on training programmes. These are designed to meet specific business needs and facilitate the entry of young people into the workforce.
Our mission remains clear: to ensure continuous upskilling, integrate new technologies, tackle sustainability challenges, and create new opportunities for both the local region and the professionals of tomorrow.
